Goals

I figured I should sit down and write some goals – I’m a strict note taker which is why I figured blogging would work so well for me. Obviously, I have goals for this blog, my Instagram and life in general. So, why not share it with the world.

MY BLOGGING GOALS

— to reach 300 followers by my Birthday in October

— to write at least 2-3 posts a week

— respond to all comments

–find new and interesting bloggers each week

— read other blogs daily

–comment when I truly like something and want to engage with other bloggers

 

My INSTAGRAM GOALS

–500 followers by my Birthday in October

–respond to all comments

— post at least twice a day

— find new pages weekly

— like and comment when I enjoy a post

— engage with all categories of my interest (beauty, Veganism, travel, lifestyle)

 

MY TWITTER GOALS

— 200 followers by my birthday in October

— participate more (as I just signed up less than a week ago)

— engage in blogger chats

–find new people to follow

— create more content

 

 

My other goals that don’t really involve social media are just living a healthier life and having a positive relationship with food. I need to get out more often and exercise on a regular basis – at least 2-3 times a week. I also need to take some time out to meditate – I need to clear my mind of the thousand of things running through it whether it be life’s quarrels or Instagram comments, blog posts or take Grace (my Dog) for a walk. Sometimes I think I just need to sit there and think about nothing.

Another goal of mine is to have a better morning routine – lately I have been waking up late and just rushing around. I really don’t like that feeling, I need to get up a little earlier to give myself a relaxing morning before work. I think it helps my mental clarity for the rest of the day if I start it off well. Maybe I should try working out in the mornings? Just wake up an hour earlier- we will see…

My social media goals will also require me to stick to a sort of routine and regular posting. This might prove difficult at first, but I think once I get the hang of it I will be fine. I find Twitter to be the most difficult because I’ve never been a regular user in the first place, so i really need to work on that and I think that helps build your blog a lot. You find some of the best content through twitter.

So, with all these goals in mind – it looks like I am setting my time frame to be late October. I think that gives me plenty of time to get used to new routines and help build a relationship in the blogging community. What are some of your goals?
